These hotels are located within a 10-15 minute drive of Sydney Olympic Park and have the option of sleeping 4 to a room.

The Australian Dance Festival has a long standing relationship with the hotels at Sydney Olympic Park. We get the best rates possible, as early as possible for ADF attendees. Please note that hotel accommodation within a walking distance to the ADF venues always sell out quickly.
We recommend that you reserve your rooms as soon as possible.
Hotel rooms can be secured by paying a 1/3rd deposit of the room.

Terms & Conditions of Booking

Rooms must be booked for 3 nights (Check in Fri 20th Sept | Check out Monday 23rd Sept)

Accommodation can be paid for in monthly instalments, but must be paid in full by 31st July 2024

Cancellations up to the 31s July 2024 will only be refunded 50% of the total cost (unless the room can be on-sold)

No cancellations, changes and / or refunds will be accepted from the 1st August 2024.

BEHAVIOUR
The Hotel may exclude or remove any persons or possessions from the Hotel premises.
THE HOTEL WAIVERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
1. Theft, damage or loss of any goods brought on to the Hotel Premises.
2. The Car Parking facility under the Hotel is a public car park and the Hotel is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss to any vehicles or goods that may occur in the car park.
3. Damage or loss of merchandise or personal articles left in the Hotel prior to, during or after your stay
LOSS AND DAMAGE TO THE HOTEL PROPERTY
.1. You will be responsible for all loss or damage to the property of the Hotel including the Hotel Premises and any fixtures, fittings, furnishings or goods on or off the Hotel, caused by or arising from any act or omission by the you, your guests, or any other persons present in the Hotel rooms.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
1. The Hotel practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol and we are obliged to inform you that it is against the law for Hotel staff to serve underage or intoxicated guests. We are also obliged by law to remove them from the licensed premises.
2. No food or beverages are to be removed from the Hotel.
