WORKSHOPS FOR PRIMARY & HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
We are offering an opportunity for students from primary and high schools to experience the workshops and shows at the Australian Dance Festival for a fraction of the price. Over the years, we have received feedback from dance teachers in primary and high schools who want their students to participate in the Australian Dance Festival, however, the 3 day event and the associated costs make it difficult for them to organise school excursions.
We have addressed this by dedicating Thursday 23rd September to students from Primary and High schools. The cost is just $30 per student. See below the program:

Jacob grew up in New Zealand and has won numerous world titles including two gold medals at the “World Hip Hop Championship”. He was a member of the Royal Family from 2012-2014 and has since collaborated with groups such as Identity at body rock & Sole fam at Dancers Paradise. This year Jacob moved to Australia to continue his choreography and teaching journey in Sydney to be a part of the TNSPA & The house of Sole Sydney faculty.

All through her schooling years Briden was a frequent performer of Channel 9’s “The Kerri-Anne show” and “Mornings with Channel 9”. At just 14 years Old, Briden landed the role of “Michelle” in “ Razzle Dazzle the movie.
At 17 years of age Briden was contracted with MTV hosting a live summer series at Dreamworld. Briden later went on to the original Australian cast of Hairspray The Musical (Role of Shelly & 1st cover Amber.)
Briden was cast as the role of “Gilda Grey” in Baz Lhurman’s film “the Great Gatsby”, and Jessica in X-men saga “The Wolverine”. Taking a forward step into modeling Briden was crowned Miss Tourism World Australia and came 4th runner up Miss Universe Australia. With new films and contracts in the near future Briden is continuously traveling back and forth from the USA, UK & Australia.

Alyssa Casey is an innovative choreographer and teacher with over 18 years’ experience. Her award winning choreography has been praised for being visually stunning and emotionally charged.
Alyssa's performance career has spanned across stage and screen. At an early age she discovered her passion for choreography and in mentoring other dancers. She is currently employed as Director of Studies at Lee Academy on the Central Coast of NSW. Her students have gone on to secure illustrious careers in the entertainment industry with company’s such as Cirque du Soleil, Moulin Rouge, Dragone, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Princess Cruise Lines, Tokyo Disneyland, Universal Studios Tokyo and Singapore, Global Creatures and The Production Company.
