The 2020 Australian Dance Festival will be held on the 25th -27th September at Quaycentre, Sydney Olympic Park (formerly known as the Sports Centre.) Our dream is to bring together the dance schools of Australia so that everyone can celebrate the joy of dancing, as well as learning from some of the best teachers and choreographers in the country. Our thanks goes to the dance schools who have embraced our dream and taken on the challenging task of bringing groups of students to the event.
We have now introduced a system that makes it easy for you as their teacher and gives your team rewards.
The Group Booking Form lets you book:
Your weekend passes, day passes and night show passes for groups of 10 or more
Passes for your parents, teachers and guardians
Register all of your student’s names at once under one name.
Your school and your students will also receive the following benefits:
A group booking discount of 10% for purchases over $2,000
Fast track service when you arrive at the event
We have set up a desk exclusively for group bookings. When you arrive, an Australian Dance Festival staff member will help you collect your passes and set your team up for the weekend. This means no waiting in queues and no individual registering for each student
Complete Control Over Your Group Booking
All passes, accommodation and catering will be looked after by us on the one form, all you have to do is put down the amount of passes/rooms and the names of attendees.
The 2020 ADF Group Booking Toolkit
We understand how much work goes into organising a group to come to the Australian Dance Festival.
To save you stress and time, we have developed a Group Booking Toolkit with all the calendars, emails, spreadsheets and systems you will need to help you organise your group.
We will continue to update these Toolkits throughout the year to improve the systems.
