2026 ADF Parramatta Hotels + Coach transfers

​​​​​​We’re thrilled to announce that ADF 2026 has secured exclusive accommodation deals with Accor Hotels at Mercure and Novotel Parramatta, including coach transfers to and from the event.
Room bookings are now open for Novotel Parramatta and Mercure Parramatta (Rosehill). Each booking includes a room with 2 x Double Beds (breakfast not included) and coach transfers to and from the Quaycentre across the weekend: Friday 18 Sept at 10:20pm, Saturday 19 Sept at 8:15am and 10:00pm, and Sunday 20 Sept at 8:15am and 9:30pm. A minimum 3-night stay is required, with check-in on Friday 18 September and check-out on Monday 21 September.

Hotel rooms can be secured by paying a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on the room (33% of a 3 night stay)
Mercure Parramatta(4 star)
A 4 star hotel hotels are just a 15-minute drive to and from Sydney Olympic Park, making it easy and convenient for festival attendees.

Terms & Conditions of Booking

Rooms must be booked for 3 nights (Check in Fri 18th Sept | Check out Monday 21st Sept, 2026)

A 1/3rd Deposit is required to secure your booking

A second 33% Deposit is Due 31st March 2026, Third and final deposit due 30th June 2025

All rooms must be paid in full by 31st July 2026

Cancellations up to the 31st July 2026 will only be refunded 50% of the total cost (unless the room can be on-sold)

No cancellations, changes and / or refunds will be accepted from the 1st August 2026.

Credit card surcharges and Trybooking fees will apply.

Terms of Condition of your stay at Accor hotels (Standard Rules imposed by the Hotels):
BEHAVIOUR
The Hotel may exclude or remove any persons or possessions from the Hotel premises.
​
THE HOTEL WAIVERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
1. Theft, damage or loss of any goods brought on to the Hotel Premises.
2. The Car Parking facility under the Hotel is a public car park and the Hotel is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss to any vehicles or goods that may occur in the car park.
3. Damage or loss of merchandise or personal articles left in the Hotel prior to, during or after your stay

LOSS AND DAMAGE TO THE HOTEL PROPERTY
.1. You will be responsible for all loss or damage to the property of the Hotel including the Hotel Premises and any fixtures, fittings, furnishings or goods on or off the Hotel, caused by or arising from any act or omission by the you, your guests, or any other persons present in the Hotel rooms.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
1. The Hotel practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol and we are obliged to inform you that it is against the law for Hotel staff to serve underage or intoxicated guests. We are also obliged by law to remove them from the licensed premises.
2. No food or beverages are to be removed from the Hotel.
